Brent O. E. Clinkscale is an Independent Arbitrator, Mediator, and Litigation Consultant, and the Managing Member of Clinkscale Global Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). With over 25 years of experience, he has led complex business litigation and arbitration, including international matters, class actions, and multi-district lawsuits. He sits on the AAA Domestic Panel and the ICDR International Panel, and previously served as counsel in federal and state trials, leveraging decades of advocacy experience across procedural terrains.
